Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist

I am Maria Christopoulou, Clinical Dietitian – Nutritionist, RD specialized in Family Nutrition and in Eating Disorders (Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders & Obesity). I help children, teenagers and adults to succeed their goals. Τhe approach I use, is based on nutrition training, creating a personal program (tailor made) according to the habits and the medical history of each person, so as to be realistic. As a mother, I feel great love for the children and I am especially sensitive to issues related to children’s physical and phycological health. For this reason, on September 2017 I started a two years training in Systemic – Dialectic Approach at AKMA (Athenian Institute of Anthropos). The goal of this training is the better support of the family according to my specialization, and the better support of the team of the doctors I work with (pathologist, general doctor, pediatrician, psychologist, psychiatrist, endocrinologist, gynecologist).
My collaboration with the House of MANA came out accidentally as accidentally come all the nice things in our life! Since February 2018, without any second thought, I voluntarily offer my services to the ladies who need help, motive, support and warmth, to continue their life with quality. It is an honor to me to be a member of the team of the Organization MANA. Thank you!
