Stefanidou Evgenia
Dance Instructor
I am a graduate of the Department of Physical Education & Sport Science of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and I am specialized in rhythmic gymnastics. I was a member of Greece’s rhythmic gymnastics national team from 2002 until 2010, and I have obtained a number of national and international recognitions.
After my rhythmic gymnastics career came to an end in 2011, I started dancing professionally. Today, I am a professional dancer, and throughout this journey, I have discovered that dancing is the best way of expressing one’s self and emotions. Moreover, I have realized that dancing is one of the best ways to stay fit and healthy (endurance, stamina, muscle building).
I have always loved the idea of being a volunteer and when I was given the opportunity to help the MANA organization, I was delighted. I feel that by sharing my knowledge with these wonderful women, we can all benefit. The ladies gain knowledge and learn how to dance, I gain their trust, strength and faith. We all experience great sessions full of laughter, that give us the desire to live life to the fullest. I thank ΜΑΝΑ from the bottom of my heart for this amazing opportunity.
