Yoga Instructor

Physical Education Teacher, Master’s degree in ‘Sports Management’ from Sydney University (Australia). Certified instructor of Yoga Therapy and Hatha Yoga, Diploma from International Vasistha Yoga Research Foundation, Kerala, India.
An athlete in Shooting for many years, with professional experience in two Olympic Games (Sydney 2000, Athens 2004), the Pan-Asiatic Games (Doha 2006) and World and European Championships.
Today, I deal with the delivery of therapeutic Yoga classes (individually and in groups) and organization – teaching of wellness Yoga Retreats.
Volunteering and contribution is my worldview. I offer because I believe that by offering each other we make a better world.
I voluntarily offer yoga sessions at the House of MANA, since my personal perception is that knowledge has to be offered to help people feel and live better. The warmth of the House and the people give an added value to this effort.
